Sherlock Holmes în Washington (1943) is the third (affiliate link) of twelve Universal Picture productions of the Sherlock Holmes franchise. This film comes in at around 71 minute. You can usually find it for free on YouTube. Zucco adds his typical villainous presence, while Rathbone gives his own unique interpretation to the role. I give it three out of five starts.
