דעם פילם איז ווידער שטעלן אין די 1940. Holmes and Watson have traveled to Washington, D.C. to keep secret documents from falling into the hands of the Axis Powers. George Zucco returns as the oily Nazi villain Heinrich Hinkel. Marjorie Lord plays Nancy Partridge, Henry Daniell is William Easter and Thurston Hall plays Senator Henry Babcock.
