I discuss the first of three matches in 1926 between World Heavyweight Wrestling Champion Joe Stecher and John “ببر نبراسکا” شن و ماسه. Stecher and Pesek wrestled in St. لوئیس, Missouri on Thursday, آوریل 29, 1926, for five hours before the referee raised Stecher’s hand.
