I tapped out on Heels but highly recommend La Cage.
The voice of my childhood was not Jim Ross. It was Larry Matysik at Wrestling at Chase and Bill Mercer on World Class Championship Wrestling. Bill Mercer passed away last week at 99 let.

In June 1927, Lewis found himself in hotter legal water with the Illinois legislature. A legislative subcommittee investigating the Illinois State Athletic Commission and boxing in Chicago widened their investigation to include wrestling based on testimony from promoters involved in both sports.
V pondělí, Červen 6, 1927, William Demetral, who defeated Lewis for the American title in 1913, testified before the committee. Demetral testified that promoters forced Demetral to put up $5,000 and give a quit-claim deed to his Chicago home as a guarantee that Demetral would not double-cross Lewis and try to throw Lewis in their 1924 world title matches.
It is easy to dismiss this story because in the 1920s Lewis could easily crush Demetral in a legitimate contest. Však, Billy Sandow did not let Lewis handle the challenge of Marin Plestina. It is conceivable that Sandow made Demetral put up the money and his house for Demetral to secure the two-match series with Lewis in 1924.
The testimony was damaging enough that Chicago promoter James Mullen cancelled the Friday, Červen 10, 1927, match between Lewis and Joe Malcewicz scheduled for Chicago, Illinois. Mullen announced, “The revelations on professional wrestling at Monday’s legislative committee meeting were such that I do not feel that I can retain any further interest in wrestling promotion in this state until the many charges are proved false, if that can be done.”

Wrestling News
Alberto El Patron is suspended for a reckless and dangerous act that could have gotten a lot of people hurt.
John Cena’s Heel Turn – Others like it. I still think it sucks. Cody is owning Cena in the promos.
John Moxley Landing on the Spiked Bat- Unnecessary spot that turns fans off. It did not end the match. Moxley won the match. The Death Rider group is not resonating with AEW fans.
