Hierdie week my oudste seun Kenneth draai,,en,Behalwe afrondingskool,,en,grootste fokus Kenneth se is die martial arts,,en,Hy is veral passievol oor die onderrig van selfverdediging,,en,Ek het opgelei,,en,niggies en neefs plus al drie van my kinders in die martial arts,,en,die eerste lid van die derde generasie,,en,jou beurt,,en,Ek weet nie normaalweg voel oud, maar dit maak my laat besef tyd vlieg deur,,en,Jy voortgaan om te ontwikkel tot 'n onafhanklike jong man kartering jou eie manier,,en,Jy sal goed doen in die lewe so lank as wat jy bly getrou aan jou beginsels,,en,Uitdagings is tydelik,,en 19 jaar oud. Besides finishing school, Kenneth’s biggest focus is the martial arts. He is particularly passionate about teaching self-defense. Perfect Practice Makes Perfect

Verlede week, it was testing preparation at Willow Martial Arts. We went through the walking drills, forms and self-defense required for Taekwondo testing. As I observed the students preparing, I remembered a statement Master Pat Weseman often told me when I was a colored belt preparing for my next Taekwondo test. “Practice does not make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect.”
