Tough to Handle (1937)

Minor film company Conn Pictures Company released Tough to Handle (1937) on May 24, 1937. Director S. Roy Luby pairs “Б” film stars Kane Richmond and Frankie Darro in this story of phony lottery tickets.

Grandpa Sanford believe he won the lottery. MacIntyre believes the trail leads back to Mike’s friend Tony Franco. Franco owns the local nightclub. Mike is not convinced of Franco’s involvement. Franco further alleviates suspicion by hiring Gloria to sing in his club.

Филм (аффилиате линк) runs 58 and a half minutes. I rate the film as average but fans of Frankie Darro and/or Kane Richmond will probably enjoy it.
