Drummond attempts to keep the explosives from the organized crime ring attempting to obtain the deadly explosive.

Much of the action plays out on the train bound for Switzerland. Despite Captain Drummond’s promise to Phyllis to leave the matter in his friend Colonel Nielson’s hands, the thieves pull Drummond into the fray. Drummond cannot turn his back on his duty to his country even for the woman he loves.
