Gilford Dudley Story (1797-1870)

Gilford Dudley Story (1797 – 1870) is my third great-grandfather. There are six generations between the two of us. 我最近才找到有关Story家族的信息, one of the branches of the family my research had not turned up as much information on.

Gilford Dudley Story was born in South Carolina during 1797 to John Story and Elizabeth Mallard. Sometime after his birth, the Story family moved to Illinois. 吉尔福德成年后似乎使用了他的中间名达德利.
